The Trade Union of the School of Marxism Organized Activities to Celebrate the International Women’s Day on March 8th

With the arrival of spring, all things come back to life. In this vibrant and hopeful March,the 115th International Working Women’s Day arrived as scheduled., To enrich the cultural and spiritual lives of female staff and showcase the grace and charm of modern intellectual women in the new era. the trade union of the School of Marxism meticulously planned and organized a series of festival activities, conveying  festival greetings and care to all female faculty members.

On the afternoon of March 6th, the faculty members of the School were highly enthusiastic and actively participated in the  traditional activity organized by the School’s trade union--“Fitness Walk”. Starting from front of the library, teachers strolled along the campus greenway, enjoying the warm spring sun and the natural scenery, while also showcasing their energetic and healthy spirit. After an hour of joyful journey, the activity ended with laughter and joy. Teachers who participated in the activity said  that the activity not only relaxed their minds but also inspired them to embrace a more positive and healthy lifestyle in their future work and personal lives.

Later that day, a unique“Creative Building Block Flower Arrangement” activity was warmly launched in the Staff’s Home of the School. Female faculty members gathered together, creating art with their fingertips and experiencing a unique “Flower Blooming at Fingertips” journey. During the activity, teachers used building block basic particles as materials, through ingenious color matching and structural design, freelycombined petals and leaves and other elements, and carefully made a bunch of “everlasting flower bouquets” that would never wither. This innovative activity not only aligned with the principles of sustainable development but also added lasting commemorative value to traditional flower arrangement art. Teachers praised the eco-friendly and creative nature of the activity, noting that it not only challenged their hands-on skills but also stimulated  their creativity and imagination. At the same time, it also allowed them to experience the beauty and warmth of art during the creative process.

At the closing ceremony, Cui Manshun, the Party Secretary of the School, on behalf of the School’s Party Committee, extended holiday greetings and heartfelt wishes to all female staff. She sincerely thanked them for their dedication to the School’s construction and development, and encouraged them to continue to devote themselves to teaching, research, and administrative work with passion and vigor, further supporting the university’s high-quality development and the growth and success of students. Female staff expressed their sincere gratitude for the School’s care and pledged to contribute to the School’s advancement with a more vigorous attitude and a more pragmatic spirit, writing a new chapter..

In the next step, the trade union of the School will continue to unite and serve all faculty members of the School. Through the work of the trade union organization, it will enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the School, and jointly promote the School’s various undertakings to reach new heights.
