The work meeting was held in Nankai University for revising the “Three Entries” Teaching Guidance Program for the Spirit of Xi Jinping’s Important Speech during his Inspection of Tianjin and the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era
On April 29, the work meeting for revising the “Three Entries” Teaching Guidance Program for the Spirit of Xi Jinping’s Important Speech during his Inspection of Tianjin and the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era was held in Nankai University. Man Rong, deputyDirector of Student Ideological Education and Management Office of Education Working Committee of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee attended the meeting and delivered address. Relevant leaders and experts from Nankai University, Tianjin University, Tianjin Normal University, Tiangong University, Tianjin Chengjian University, Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, Tianjin Academy of Educational Sciences, and Collaborative Innovation Center for Ideological and Political Courses at various study sections attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by Professor Fu Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Marxism of Nankai University.
Man Rong put forward four requirements for this revision work: accuracy, timeliness, coordination, and make good use. She pointed out that General Xi Jinping’s important speech during his inspection of Tianjin was profound and significant, and that the innovative theories, new viewpoints, and new measures of the CPC mentioned in the important speech should be accurately and scientifically integrated into the teaching guidance program. As a well-known brand in the construction of ideological and political courses in Tianjin, the “Three Entries” teaching guidance program has become a systematic project. Collaborative innovation centers should gather professional forces, play a linkage and coordination role, promote the revision work on time, and help all the teachers for ideological-political courses make good use of the program. She emphasized that all units should attach great importance to this revision work, rely on closely Research Alliance of Xi Jinping thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era among Tianjin Universities, give full play to the role of collaborative innovation centers, in order to gather strength to complete the revision work with high quality and to make positive contributions to the construction of ideological and political courses.
Professor Yu Yifan, Executive Vice Dean of the School of Marxism of Nankai University, introduced the overall situation and schedule of the revision work. He pointed out that the focus of this revision work is to incorporate the spirit of Xi Jinping’s important speech during his inspection of Tianjin and Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thoughts.He emphasized the accuracy of the contents and the standardization of expressions of the program, and made arrangements for the specific writing tasks and time schedule. The participating experts had in-depth discussions on the selection of references, the feedback on the use of guidance program, the writing style, the contents design and other related issues.
Experts expressed that they would attach great importance to the revision work, carry out in-depth study, collaborate highly, coordinate reasonably, and complete the revision with high standards, so as to integrate the spirit of Xi Jinping’s important speech during his inspection of Tianjin and Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thoughts into ideological and political courses completely, accurately, deeply, and to compile a set of high-level teaching guidance program which are conducive to the “Three Entries”.
It is reported that the “Three Entries” teaching guidance program has achieved good results and widespread influence over the years. Under the guidance of the Tianjin Education Working Committee and the Education Commission, this revision work will further optimize the design and deepen the impact by means of support from the Research Alliance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era among Tianjin Universities, aiming to improve the teaching level of ideological and political courses and helping to achieve high-quality development of ideological and political courses of all study sections in Tianjin.
