In April, spring is in full bloom and everything comes back to life, which is a good time to go out for a trip. In order to enrich the spare time of the teaching staff and to enhance the team cohesion, the labor union of the School of Marxism carefully organized a spring tour with various  contents and forms. The destination of this spring tour was the Biaokou Town of Ninghe District, the hometown of Nankai University alumnus and Revolutionary martyr Yu Fangzhou.

At the beginning of the activity, the faculty and staff of the School arrived at the Qilihai Wetland and strolled on the path of the wetland park. Thanks to rippling water and swaying reeds, a variety of birds inhabit and reproduce here, forming a vivid ecological picture. Everyone immersed in the embrace of nature, felt the breath of spring and the power of life, and enjoyed the rare peace and comfort.

Immediately after, they came to the former residence of Yu Fangzhou in Jiefang Village, Biaokou Town, which is of rich revolutionary history and is also a witness to the heroic deeds of the martyrs. Teaching staff listened attentively to the introduction of the narratorto in-depth understand Yu Fangzhou's revolutionary career and noble spirit. In the former residence, everyone seemed to travel through the time and space, and personally felt the turbulence of that era and the bravery of the revolutionary martyrs. Not far from the former residence, teaching staff  canoed on the lake. With the sparkling lake water and the blowing breeze,  they felt like they could hear when the revolutionary pioneers canoeing on the lake for discussing the great plan of the echoes.

In the late afternoon, they arrived at the camping area and conducted chess activities and Frisbee sports. Chess activities tested everyone's strategic thinking and teamwork while Frisbee sports showed the athletic ability and collaborative spirit of the teaching staff. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, the faculty members deepened their mutual understanding and trust among themand felt the strength and warmth of the team.

The labor union of the School will continue to provide better services for the faculty and staff, organize more colorful activities, provide more platforms for the faculty and staff to show themselves and communicate and learn with each other, and to help all the people of the School of Marxism to devote themselves to their future work and life with a more vigorous spirit and fuller enthusiasm.
