In order to thoroughly implement the guiding principles from the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to give full play to the role of ideological and political courses, and to continuously improve the level of education, the School of Marxism of Nankai University and Zhuanglang County carried out exchange activities for the “Big Ideological and Political Courses” construction on October 27.
On the morning, the launching ceremony was held in Siyuan Experimental School in Zhuanglang County, Gansu Province. Fu Hong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Marxism of Nankai University, and Zhang Gengzuo, Deputy County Chief, attended the launching ceremony and delivered a speech respectively. Shao Gang, Deputy County Chief, presided over the launching ceremony.
Zhang Geng pointed out that leaders and experts from the School of Marxism of Nankai University visited ZhuangLang County to give guidance and assistance, which is not only Nankai University’s affirmation of ZhuangLang, but also support for the development of ZhuangLang education. Schools across the county should take this event as an opportunity to play the key role of ideological and political courses, to continuously improve the quality of ideological and political courses construction, and to cultivate more talents. Zhang Geng emphasized that the majority of educators in the county should cherish this rare learning opportunity, seriously learn from education experts, strengthen teaching research, improve teaching methods, and make every effort to promote the development of Zhuanglang education.
At the launching ceremony, the School of Marxism of Nankai University donated 100 sets of Ideological Political Courses in Nankai University Teaching and Research to Zhuanglang.
After the launching ceremony, Fu Hong gave a lecture on the theme of accelerating the construction of education power and developing education that satisfies the demands of the people. The lecture was presided over by Li Junshu, Director of the Education Bureau of Zhuanglang County.
Fu Hong compared the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, elaborated on the strategic position of education in the new era from three aspects, and emphasized the fundamental task of education. The lecture was rich in contents, broad in vision, and incisive in presentation, which further clarified the ideas for the construction of Big Ideological and Political Courses in Zhuanglang.
In the concluding speech, Li Junshu pointed out that Zhuang Lang should promote the construction of Big Ideological and Political Courses and take this event as an opportunity to promote the high-quality development of Zhuanglang education.
On the afternoon, the participants continued to conduct discussions and seminars on the construction of Big Ideological and Political Courses in groups.
