In order to further study Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and deeply understand Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thoughts, on October 24, the Party branch of Class 3, Master Grade 2023 from the School of Marxism carried out “Learning Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thoughts and Shoulder Cultural Mission in the New Era” collective activity. The activity was presided over by Secretary of the Party branch Jia Chengeng.
First, all members watched the video New Era Culture together. Jia Chengeng organized the study with the theme of “Learning Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thoughts and Shoulder Cultural Mission in the New Era”, and reported the background, main contents, significance of Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thoughts and cultural mission in the new era from four aspects. He emphasized that Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thoughts are the practical summary of cultural construction in the new era and the cultural chapter of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. He encouraged all students to combine their professional advantages and making contributions.
In order to deepen theoretical study, the Party branch compiled study materials for all students to read and study. The study materials include many important articles by General Secretary Xi Jinping on ideological and cultural work. Through study, reading and discussion, all students made a deeper understanding of Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thoughts.
At the end of the activity, all students conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on how to apply Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thoughts based on their own learning and work practices.
Liu Qianyi emphasized the rigor and discipline of publicity work based on her experience. Xue Zhiyun shared her own internship experience and emphasized the importance of accumulating experience in practical work. Deng Rui explained the important role of postgraduates in the learning and publicity of Xi Jinping’s Cultural Thoughts. Li Runhan focused on literary and artistic work and analyzed the importance of literary and artistic work.
The Party branch of Class 3, Master Grade 2023 will continue to expand learning channels, integrate learning resources, encourage individual self-study, conduct collective discussion, strengthen investigation and research, and to promote the study of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
