Recently, the Ministry of Education officially announced the winning projects for the 2022 National Teaching Achievement Award. Three achievements of the Schoolof Marxism were awarded, making a historic breakthrough. Exploration and Practice of Implementation Paths of Big Ideological and Political Courses and Promoting the High-Quality Development of Marxist Theory Postgraduate Education led by Professor Wang Xinsheng respectively won the second prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award in Higher Education (Undergraduate) and the National Teaching Achievement Award in Higher Education (Postgraduate). In addition, a project involving the teacher from the School of Marxism won the second prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award in Higher Education (undergraduate).
The National Teaching Achievement Award is the highest award in the field of education and teaching research and practice established in accordance with the Teaching Achievement Award Regulations of the State Council. It is selected every four years to reward those groups and individuals who have made excellent achievements in teaching reform and teaching management, so as to encourage educators to engage in education and teaching research and improve teaching standards and education quality. The School of Marxism will take this award as an opportunity to actively summarize the reform results, continue to improve the construction of the teaching system, and to promote improvement of the quality of education, teaching, and talent training.
