On January 15, the training meeting on the use of the Three Entries Teaching Guidance Program for tthe Spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China ewas jointly sponsored by the Education Working Committee of CPC Tianjin Municipal Committee, the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission, Nankai University and Research Alliance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. For a New Era among Tianjin Universities and the School of Marxism of Nankai University, was held in the service building of Balitai Campus of Nankai University. Full-time deputy secretary of the Working Committee of the Municipal Education Committee Sun Zhiliang and deputy secretary of the CPC Nankai University committee Liang Qi attended the launching ceremony of the training meeting and delivered speech respectively.. The person in charge of the Party Committee of the School of Marxism of Nankai University presided over the ceremony of the training meeting.
This training aims to deeply study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, make full use of the role of the main channel of ideological and political courses, effectively promote the latest innovative theories of the Party into teaching materials, classrooms and minds, and ensure that teachers of political philosophyaccurately grasp the content system and teaching focus of the three advances teaching guidance program for the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party.
At the meeting, the responsible person of the School of Marxism of Nankai University introduced the preparation of the Three Entries teaching guidance program for the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress.
After the ending of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, entrusted by the Education Working Committee of the CPC Tianji Municipal Committee and the Tianjin Municipal Education Commission, the School of Marxism of Nankai University led the Tianjin University Research Alliance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, coordinated seven city-level ideological and political course collaborative innovation centers and the Tianjin School Ideological and Political Education Center, organized more than 200 teachers from universities, primary and secondary schools for the revision of the new round of Three Entries Teaching Guidance Program as scheduled. More than 80 experts provided guidance on the revision. The new version of the plan includes 11 Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era 'Three Advances' Teaching Guidance Program and 4 Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era teaching guidance program, involving different sections of university, middle and primary schools, with a total of more than 3.2 million words, with the characteristics of complete categories, new concepts, strong systematization and distinctive characteristics.
On behalf of Tianjin Municipal Education Commission, Sun Zhiliang expressed his hearted gratitude and high respect toward Nankai Universitywhich organized the compilation of the new version of the program. He also gave sincerely thanks to allthe experts and teachers who work hard for the compilation. He pointed out that the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is an important programmatic document guiding us to comprehensively build a modern socialist country and comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The revision of the teaching plan is to integrate the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China into the ideological and political courses. It is a major reform, major adjustment and a major improvement of the Three Entries teaching guidance plan. It is extremely meaningful to better study, publicize and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, better cultivate people with Xi Jinping's thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and further improve the pertinence and timeliness of ideological and political education and teaching.
Sun Zhiliang stressed that teachers participating in ideological and political training should cherish the lessons, listen carefully ,think deeplyand comprehensively understand, enhancing their ability and level of studying and thoroughly understand the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress. It is hoped that Nankai University will play a leading role, ensure training services, interpret the latest theoretical achievements of our Party for all types of schools in Tianjinand continue to provide high-level professional guidance. All universities and schools should conscientiously organize teachers of ideological and political education to learn and make good use of the new version of the three advances teaching guidance plan so as to teach ideological and political courses in more depth, touse unremittingly the party's innovative theory to cast the soul and educate people and to promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political education in Tianjin for the new era.
This training will be held by means of a combination of online and offline mode. Relevant responsible persons of the Research Alliance of Xi Jinping thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in Tianjin Universities, expert representatives of the Three Entries teaching guidance plan writing team, and relevant responsible persons of Tianjin Municipal Education Committee attended the meeting by way of offline mode. The main responsible persons of Marxist school of various colleges and universities in Tianjin, responsible persons of relevant departments of the Party Committee of the Education Bureau of each district, responsible persons of the collaborative innovation centers of ideological and political courses at the municipal level and representatives of teachers of ideological and political courses in all sections of the city's colleges, middle schools and primary schools participated online.
It is reported that at the beginning of 2018, under the unified deployment of the Education Working Committee of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and Tianjin Municipal Education Commission, Nankai University led the Research Alliance of Xi Jinping thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era in Tianjin Universities. Nankai University, Tianjin University, Tianjin Normal University and Tianjin Polytechnic University jointly organized relevant experts to compile the Three Advances teaching guidance program of the following four courses:Introduction to the Basic Principles of Marxism, Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Foundation, Outline of Modern and Modern Chinese History, Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics. When General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected Nankai University and visited the University History Museum On January 17, 2019,, he read the Three Entries teaching guidance materials one by one, and gave important instructions on how to take a good ideological and political course. From 2019 to 2022, the teaching guidance plan has been revised four times to ensure that the party's innovative theory is integrated into the teaching of ideological and political courses intime..
